I always want my patients to feel listened to because we are given the opportunity to heal the heart, mind, and soul of each patient, not just their body.”

Kourtney Dunlap is a nurse practitioner at the North Spokane Care Center. Originally from Texas, she recently moved to Spokane after spending over two years working in Alaska.
Kourtney found her passion for medicine after taking care of her sister, who suffered a stroke. Her care philosophy is centered around the idea of treating patients as if they were her own family. She has previously worked in community health centers, and is excited to be able to spend more time with patients at Vivacity Care Center.
When not taking care of others, Kourtney loves spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, and cheering on the Texas Tech football and basketball teams. She also enjoys the outdoors and is looking forward to exploring more of Spokane.Back to Care Team
