Jess is a licensed independent clinical social worker at Vivacity Care Center. She was raised in Hawaii and moved to Spokane from California in 2019. She has ten years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health services, with a focus on psychotic spectrum disorders, personality disorders, and acute safety risks.
Jess is an advocate for treating the whole person and focuses on collaborative care by creating plans in line with patients’ needs and desires. She helps cultivate resilience in patients by discussing how they’ve managed to get through tough times in the past to help them navigate current stressors.
When not helping patients, Jess spends time outdoors with her wife and their husky. She loves hiking, disc golf, camping, and being on the water.
