Your physicians and nurse practitioners are high-quality providers who offer compassionate care. They have the time, tools, and staff to provide most of the care you need, from whole health evaluations to condition management.
Health coaches provide the guidance and support you need to manage your health. Your coach is well-versed in empathetic listening and behavioral change methods. This helps them gain deeper insight into your needs, which helps you get the best tools to address your concerns. Your health coach also works with your provider to create a health plan that meets your medical and lifestyle needs.
Your behavioral health specialists are certified to help you improve your overall mental and emotional wellbeing. With a focus on patterns of behavior and how they impact your health, they’ll help you better understand your issues and get the treatment you need, including specialized care when necessary.
Your care advocate team helps you navigate your health plan coverage and figure out your next steps. They can explain your benefits, walk through next steps, and make sure any prior authorizations are handled in the office before you leave— so there’s no homework for you.
