Health Coach

Health coaches provide the guidance and support you need to manage your health. Your coach is well versed in empathetic listening and behavioral change methods. This helps them gain deeper insight into your needs, which helps you get the best tools to address your concerns. Your health coach also works with your provider to create a health plan that meets your medical and lifestyle needs.

Care Advocates

Your care advocate team helps you navigate your health plan coverage and figure out your next steps. They can explain your benefits, walk through next steps, and make sure any outstanding concerns are handled in the office before you leave–so there’s no homework for you.
