Vivacity Care Center is an in-network provider for people who have Premera Blue Cross or LifeWise Health Plan of Washington as their primary insurance, regardless of their plan or network. BlueCard members also have the option to see providers at the Care Center. As a member, you are still able to see any primary care provider in your network, but since Vivacity Care Center is exclusively available to Premera and LifeWise members, access to our providers may be more expedient.
Some members, such as LifeWise and Medicare Advantage members, are required to select a primary care provider. Depending on your benefit design, you may have to designate a provider at Vivacity Care Center to be covered. New LifeWise members may be automatically assigned to primary care providers at Vivacity Care Center.
You’re able to make appointments online, over the phone, or in person at the Vivacity Care Center.
Our doors are open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also offer virtual care visits outside of regular care center hours.
Spokane has been designated a Health Professional Shortage Area for primary care by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration. This means that the Spokane area has a greater than 3,500 population to 1 provider ratio. It is no surprise that Premera members in Spokane voiced that they often face long waits to see a primary care physician.
Vivacity Care Center addresses this shortage by providing an exclusive integrated care center for Premera and LifeWise members. It also thoughtfully reimagines the model for a positive care experience. As an integrated care center, we give patients access to a variety of services and specialists onsite, including behavioral health counselors, health coaches, imaging, scheduling support and coverage guidance.

Vivacity Care Center is not an urgent care or walk-in clinic but we are able to meet most of the acute care needs of our patients. We will do our best to accommodate same- or next-day appointments.
Vivacity Care Center does not have an emergency department but if you seek care here and it’s determined that you need more advanced care, we’ll ensure that you’re transferred to the appropriate facility for treatment.
Vivacity Care Center focuses on primary care, behavioral health, and lifestyle support, but our providers will refer patients to quality, cost-effective specialists in the area.
Our onsite Care Advocates can help make sure that any referrals that may require prior authorization are handled in the office before you leave, so you’ll have no homework.
Yes. All network providers go through rigorous credentialing process and must meet state licensing requirements in order to practice.

As long as you have Premera Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross or Blue Shield or LifeWise Health Plan of Washington as your primary coverage, you have access to Vivacity Care Center. Please note: members with non-Premera MA do not have access to Vivacity Care Center.
