Whole Health Coaches

Health coaches provide the guidance and support you need to manage your health. Your coach is well versed in empathetic listening and behavioral change methods. This helps them gain deeper insight into your needs, which helps you get the best tools to address your concerns. Your health coach also works with your provider to create a health plan that meets your medical and lifestyle needs.

Behavioral Health Support

Your behavioral health specialists are certified to help you improve your overall mental and emotional well-being. With a focus on patterns of behavior and how they impact your health, they’ll help you better understand your issues and get the treatment you need, including specialized care when necessary.

Michele Bauer, LCSW
Caring for the mind is as important and crucial as caring for the body. One cannot be healthy without the other. Meet Michele Bauer

Care Advocates

Your care advocate team helps you navigate your health plan coverage and figure out your next steps. They can explain your benefits, walk through next steps, and make sure any prior authorizations are handled in the office before you leave—so there’s no homework for you.

My goal is to make sure that I’m always doing what’s best for our patients and putting their needs and wants first in every situation.
